CDE Asia Limited exhibits new marvel at Excon 2019

CDE Asia Limited participated in Excon 2019, held at the Bangalore Exhibition Ground from 10th to 14th Dec, 2019. A pioneer in the global material washing industry having combined feeding, grading, washing, water recycling and stockpiling into a single compact chassis, the company launched its Combo X70 smart mobile washing plant. It was inaugurated by His Excellency Jeremy Pilmore-Bedford, Deputy High Commissioner to Karnataka & Kerala. Also present at the event were our representatives – Mr. Madhogaria (Former ED, CFO), Mr. Alexander Baart (Former Dir. South East Asia) and Mr. Sanjay Singh (AD- Engineering).

CDE Asia Limited has long prided themselves in the Combo, their flagship brand that converts crushed rock fines into high quality manufactured sand, a superior substitute to natural riverine sand. Combo is an eco-friendly, zero waste technology that doesn’t pollute the environment while reducing cement and concrete consumption.  There is no loss of sand during processing and even the silt produced as a by-product can be converted to bricks. Features include 95% Water Recycled, Zero Liquid Discharge, Zero Dust Pollution, and Noise level below 80db.

With a capacity range of 70 to 100 tons of materials per hour, the Combo X70 Smart mobile wash plant incorporates all the innovations of the ground-breaking our sand washing technology. The plant can be monitored and controlled during production of M-Sand from anywhere in the world using the intelligent remote monitoring system that comes with the X70 Smart model. It enables real-time measurement of critical functions, storage of equipment-usage data for accurate diagnosis during service calls, and broadcast of user warnings for service requirement. It assists users in getting maximum plant performance with maximum equipment availability, such that customers can meet and exceed their production targets. The Combo X70 smart can be customized based on the feed material, giving guaranteed sand quality as per IS standard (Zone I-IV). The Plaster Sand and Concrete Sand produced gives the highest yield and commands premium pricing due to its consistent quality and strong market acceptance.

Environment conscious construction companies are increasingly using solutions provided by our cutting-edge technologies for meeting the growing shortage of natural sand. With over 300 installations in India, Combo is helping to save rivers by giving an eco-friendly, sustainable and superior alternative to river sand.
