On 20th June 2019, a CDE Asia Limited Sand Washing Plant was launched through Uawithya Machinery Limited, our authorised associate in Thailand.
The installation and launch of Combo Alpha-i plant for Thepsila Group, a renowned sand and gravel supply company in Thailand, was a resounding success. The plant is located in Chonburi district near Bangkok.
Our patented Combo Sand Washing Unit features the latest Mobile Sand Washing technology that is capable of washing the dirtiest of crushed rock sands and deliver sand with consistent specification, with complete removal of silt and clay and assured cleansing of deleterious fines. The near pin-point accuracy of modern sand washing technology has far surpassed older sand washing methods that were prone to causing environmental hazards, water wastage and was unable to achieve the precise gradation and quality demanded of industrial sand.
We successfully partnered Uawithya in their efforts to ensure a full and informed attendance at the event and brought together 80 of the biggest quarry owners from each strategic region in Thailand. The event became the cynosure of attention among Cement and Aggregate industries as it was attended by Thailand’s biggest Infrastructure Construction and Ready Mix Concrete companies as well as senior industry representatives.
Following on the wings of this success, plans of a major event at the end of 2019 with over 200 customers, the biggest Ready Mix Concrete companies, the Dept. of Industries and Highway are on the anvil. We look forward to leverage the mutually beneficial association with Uawithya in setting up containerized laboratory and number of new working units in 6-12 months period.
