In a lot of iron ore mines, low-grade iron-ore fines of little commercial value has been accumulated over the years. This material is low-grade iron-ore with high levels of alumina, silica and other contaminants. CFlo has developed washing plants to economically process this low-grade material to generate products for which there is a commercial market or which are suitable for use in downstream processes. Our experience in last few years has shown that 60-70% of the material can be recovered as Sinter Feed following the investment in our iron ore washing plant.
