• Providing appropriate training to employees to enhance their awareness on effectiveness of the quality management, environmental aspects and occupational health and safety hazard by adhering suitable methods and Operational control procedures
• Ensuring, manufacturing of Quality Products as per customer’s requirements and applicable standards to meet the customer satisfaction through continual monitoring of process
• Be proactive and ensure on timely delivery of products and services
• Complying with all applicable legal and other requirements
• Conserve natural resources and energy by their responsible and efficient use
• Commitment to Environment Protection, prevention of Injury and ill health and continual improvement in Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety management and performance
• Being a responsible employer ensuring and providing all necessary resources required towards Environmental, health and safety of the employees, Suppliers, Contractors and Visitors
• Providing a framework for setting & reviewing Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety policy, objectives & targets, develop Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety programs & Initiate Action towards Continual Improvement
• Providing and maintaining safe working environments and conditions, ensuring plant, machinery, equipment, processes are provided with safe methods & Controls, and is subject to routine and statutory inspections and examinations
• Ensuring all employees play an active part in the Environment, health and safety of the Company by consulting with them and providing them with adequate information, instruction, training, Personal Protective Equipment as per requirement of nature of work and supervision for them to understand their role within the organization
• Being committed to communicate the Quality, Environmental and OH&S policy to all persons working for or on behalf of our organization
